Julie Newman has had her North Carolina real estate license for over 25 years. She is a Realtor® serving the Greater Charlotte Area specializing in residential sales, land sales and Property Management. She opened her firm, Softwind Realty, LLC, when she realized she wanted to concentrate on providing excellent, personalized service to her clients in a way that a big firm just can’t provide. Julie is passionate about real estate. Her number one goal is to help her clients with their real estate needs while striving for a pleasant and positive experience for all. Julie graduated from NCSU with a degree in Materials Engineering and then worked at Duke Energy for 15 years in Information Technology. Her 30+ years experience in customer service coupled with her eye for detail provides a real estate transaction experience like no other. She is happily married and has a son, step-daughter, and a giant Rhodesian Ridgeback who would like to be a lap dog.
